Yeah, this is truly going great. Did some work in the morning, but then decided it is time to jump on SweatRocket. The weather was good too, +27, climbed to +32 I think, decent... Of course as per tradition I promised myself it is going to be an easy ride along Vltava, just to flush yesterday's lifting session. And it sort of almost worked on my way to Vrane. I was sitting there with Misa and Birell Pomelo&Grep then I saw a flock of MAMILs heading from somewhere further along Vrane path back towards the city center. They even had a van going on the road blasting some music in support. Of course at Vrane they had to part, the van stayed on the road while the flock jumped on the cycle path. I though, well, this can be interesting to see if I can catch them... Finished my Birell, at this point I was a couple of minutes behind them. Jumped on the bike. I think it took me around 5km to catch the first one who for some reason got dropped. Passed him, and got a glimpse of the rest of them a bit further along the path. Unfortunately they were no contest, as I think they were slowing down to maybe turn somewhere or just go for beers. Not sure, that was a bit disappointing, on the other hand I would wreck myself even more, I zipped past their peloton doing 38km/h.
